Autograph Signing FAQs

Mail In Instructions and Information Sheet

Deadline: October 10th, 2026. All mail in items need to arrive to us by this date

Signing Date: Late October

Inscriptions: 2 max per item , 3 words or less. Inscriptions can’t be added to previously signed items 

Authentication: All items will come authenticated Radtke  Authentication included on all items. 

Note: For tickets/magazines/cards, please specify if you would like a hologram. If not specified, hologram placement will be up to our discretion

If do not want the hologram sticker on an item, please let us know. 

 Item Labeling Instructions: Please properly label your item with the following information:

• Preferred paint pen or marker color

• Desired placement of the autograph and/or inscription

• Any requested inscription details

• Include your COA (Certificate of Authenticity), if applicable

Incomplete instructions may result in delays or placement at the athlete’s discretion.

Return Shipping: Please include a prepaid return shipping label with your item. If a prepaid label is not included, return shipping can be purchased at checkout.

Shipping Categories:

• Basic Shipping: Baseballs, mini helmets, flats up to 16x20, cards

• Premium Shipping: Jerseys, bats, gloves, footballs, and all other larger items

Turnaround Time: Items will begin shipping back within 5–10 business days after the signing date.

• Mail-in items are submitted at the customer’s risk.

• Every effort will be made to fulfill all requests; however, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.

• Athletes reserve the right to refuse any item or inscription.

• Signature size and placement are at the athlete’s discretion.

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by shipping carriers.

• Shipping insurance is strongly recommended
