Deadline: All items must be received by us in hand by 8/30/26
Return Shipping: Please include a prepaid return shipping label with your item. If a prepaid label is not included, you can add return shipping to your cart before checkout. If purchasing one of our items, you can still email us a return label or purchase a return label prior to checking out.
Authentication: If sending in your own item, JSA Witness Authentication will be available for an additional $10. If purchasing one of our pucks, authentication is included in the sale price.
Item Labeling Instructions: Please properly label your item with the following information: Preferred paint pen or marker color Desired placement of the autograph and/or inscription Any requested inscription details Include your COA (Certificate of Authenticity), if applicable. Incomplete instructions may result in delays or placement at the athlete’s discretion.

Turnaround Time: Items will begin shipping back within 7–12 business days after the signing date.
Important Information: Mail-in items are submitted at the customer’s risk. Every effort will be made to fulfill all requests; however, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed. Athletes reserve the right to refuse any item or inscription. Signature size and placement are at the athlete’s discretion. FITG Collectibles cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. We cover up to $100 in insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased for an additional fee.
